Letter from [Alan Archibald Campbell] Swinton, to Mr. Otto Glasser Written on Swinton’s behalf by his Secretary, A. W. Langley. Referring to a previous letter, informs he has had the chance to visit the British Museum where he was able to consult the original announcement of the discovery of the Rontgen rays in the Standard, 7 January 1896, attaching a typed copy. Also encloses a copy of a further announcement published in the Standard on 8 January 1896 [enclosures not present]. 3 February 1930
