S., 40 Chester Square, S. W. 1. Acknowledges Swinton's letter in relation to Mr [Thomas] Throne Baker, which he intends to place before the Membership Committee. On further investigation, he has discovered that Mr Baker did not apply for reinstatement but for re-election as a new member, and never offered to pay any arrears of subscription.
