<dc:title>Letter from Thomas Curtis, Pentyrch, Cardiff to Charles Blagden, Physician to the Army, Plymouth</dc:title>
<dc:description>Arrived to Pentyrch last Wednesday and found Mr Lewis and Bladgen's sister well. Asks after Bladgen's health. Gives news of Blagden's elder brother and Mr Blagden. Has seen Dr Watson who was in London with Herschel and says that his [Watson or Herschel?] telescope is commended by Ramsden, Dollond and Voitier. There is hope that a salary will be found for Herschel. Reports several large calculi found at a house. </dc:description>
