Letter from William Osler, Oxford, to [Joseph John] Thomson A few years ago, a room at the Bodleian Library was devoted to the history of science. In connection with that, there is a movement to catalogue all manuscripts on the subject in English libraries to the year 1500. Mrs. Singer 'an able woman' has this in hand but it is a big job.
