Schuster, to Sir Arthur Schuster, Foreign Secretary of the Royal Society In reply to Sir Arthur Schuster's letter about the Vienna Academy, gives information that property subject to charges [imposed as war-time measures] can be released by the Administrator of Austrian Property acting under general directions of the Board of Trade. Suggests that in this special case the Royal Society make a direct application [on the Vienna Academy's behalf] to the President of the Board of Trade to try and get the shares back. 17 February 1923
