Lanchester Mr [Henry Reginald Arulph] Mallock, FRS Dr [William Napier] Shaw, FRS Professor [Joseph Ernest] Petavel, FRS Major General Sir Charles Hadden KCB (War Office representative) Captain R. H. S. Bacon, RN, CVO, DSO (Admiralty representative). Discusses money, and the laboratory that the Committee will need, and proposes using the National Physical Laboratory. Asks how much money is required for honoraria to members of the Advisory Committee. 20 May 1909
