Informs them that the Royal Society proposes to call a general conference of representatives of Academies of co-belligerent countries on the Allies' side, to form a definite policy on the future of international scientific organisations [given the current world war]. Asks for more time to discuss with other Academies before advising the Board on the subject.</dc:description>
