Informs the Under Secretary of State that under current arrangements for representation at the Pan-Pacific Congress in Sydney in August, there is nobody who can speak with authority on subjects of importance for the mineral industry. Informs them that Mr Hugh F. Marriott, MIMM, MICE, ARSM, ARCS, a Governor of the Imperial Mineral Resources Bureau, is going anyway as a representative of the Institution of Mining Engineers and the Institution of Mining and Metallurgy.
