Schuster states that unfortunately, there is no machinery for calling a meeting of the National Council for Geophysics, as the chairman and secretary have not been appointed. Schuster will therefore summon a meeting himself. He suggests Thursday 5 February, before the Relativity Discussion, since several members of the committee would be in London. 18 January 1920
