Letter from Charles William Eliot, Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, to the Secretaries of the Royal Society Eliot has received the letter of 24 March and he encloses an announcement for next summer's activity at the Biological Station at Bermuda. He outlines the responsibilities of the supervising committee and notes that Harvard University and New York University have nominated representatives who are men of affairs; but if the Royal Society wishes to nominate a person acquainted with biological stations, that would be welcome. The circular on the undertaking is limited and cautious on the part of the Colonial Government. 5 April 1904
