<dc:title>Letter from George Cockburn Henderson, University of Adelaide, to 'Dear Stirling' [Edward Charles Stirling]</dc:title>
<dc:description>In reference to Bragg's letter, Eitel's request to the Royaol Society was inspired by Mawson. The Executive find that they are about £9,000 short and it would be a relief to Mawson if this could be found in his absence. A contribution from the Royal Society would recognise the scientific merits of the expedition, and would help to raise the additional amount. These statements might be transmitted to Bragg. </dc:description>
