<dc:title>Paper, 'An account of an aneurism [aneurysm] dissected by Mr Edw [Edward] Nourse surgeon, with some observations thereupon' by W [William] Rutty</dc:title>
<dc:description>Rutty describes the autopsy of a woman who developed a lump in her throat when pregnant, which swelled during labour and subsequently gave her difficulties, including palpitations, shortness of breath, and fatigue. The lump [aneurysm] ultimately burst, killing the woman within two minutes. Rutty goes on to describe the dissection of the aneurysm itself. This paper refers to the same aneurysm as CLP/12ii/40a.
