Minutes of a meeting of the Committee for enquiring into the state of the printing of the Philosophical Transactions Present at the meeting: Mr Davies Gilbert in the chair; Mr Herschel; Dr Roget; Captain Sabine Mr Nicol attended and hearing the resolution of the Committee at its previous meeting resigned his office of Printer to the Society. The name of Mr Moyes was added to the list of printers from whom specimens of printing to be required as decided at the last Committee meeting 28 January 1828
