Minutes of the last committee were read

' Resolved;
1.   That the construction of two Barometers one a Syphon and the other a Cistern Barometer be entrusted to Mr Newman of Leslie Street under the direction of this Committee
2.   That the consideration of a Thermometer and of a Thermometer Scale, be deferred to another meeting of this Committee
3.   That one of Daniels Hygrometers be ordered for tye use of teh Society for Mr Newman. '</dc:description>
