Dr Prout reported that he had obtained a thermometer [maker named] which he believes to be as accurate in its indications as possible

Resolved;
1.   That the corrections in the Barometrical observations be made daily
2.   That a report descriptive of the situation and nature of the instruments with which the Meteorological Observations are made, be drawn up and prefixed to the register of these observations in the Philosophical Transactions 
3.   That in addition to the column relating to the dew points another be inserted recording the difference between a water thermometer and a dry external standard thermometer. </dc:description>
