Reported the Pluviameter was refitted and properly placed

 ' Mr Bevan's name was added to the list of the Committee and a letter was directed to be written by Mr Hudson to him  requesting his attendance  at the future meetings ( - Bevan Esq Layton Berenard Hartford ) - 

The Transit instrument in the Meeting Room was examined found unserviceable and Mr South was requested to superintend its refitting. '</dc:description>
