Summary of Recommendations Minute 2 (c) - That the Institution of Geologists be added to the list of bodies entitled to nominate a representative to serve on the National Committee for Geology Minute 9 - That the United Kingdom should remain a category V member of INQUA and that the United Kingdom subscription should be raised from Swiss Franc 5000 (10 units at Sw. Fr. 500/unit) to Swiss franc 5500 (10 units at Sw. Fr. 550/unit) with effect from 1978. Minute 12 - That appropriate financial provision be made for the preparation and publication by the Royal Society in 1980 of a directory of UK workers on natural geochemistry. Minute 14 - That appropriate financial provision be made for the publication by the Royal Society of the survey of British hydrogeology prepared by the Hydrogeology Subcommittee. Minute 17 - That a party of five or six UK geologists should attend the international workshop on the geological atlas of the North Atlantic Borderlands, at St Jon's, Newfoundlan (17 - 23 June 1979) and that financial provision be made through a block grant from the Parlilamentary Grant-in-aid (Travel) 1979-80 23 November 1977
