Terms of reference and membership It was noted that the British National committee on Space Reserch at its meeting on 30 October 1959 set up a University projects Expenditure Subcommittee with the following membership and terms of reference; Membership; Mr P D Greenall, chairman; Professor P A Sheppard; Dr D C Martin and their advisers Terms of reference; (i) To process all applications for grants to British Universities in connexion with the accounting procedures of the D.S.I.R. and (ii) To report to the British National Committee on Space Research 2.
