Copy, letter from Sir John Rose Bradford of the Royal Society to D M Stevenson, City Chambers, Glasgow Informs Stevenson that a meeting has been called to form a committee to include representatives 'not only of science and of surgery...but men of eminence in public life and in other branches of knowledge, here and abroad' -- notes that Glasgow and Edinburgh should be very fully represented -- thinks that a memorial in Westminster Abbey would form part of the scheme but that it would not be associated with any one institution. pp5-6. 18 May 1912
