The letter raises has 10 points to it including the instruction to submit scientific manuscripts to the Scientific Editorial Group before publishing papers, to provide the Societies with twenty-five reprints of published papers as well as information on the Committee's wishes to sponsor a discussion meeting relating to the expedition.
