1.     Read and signed minutes of the previous meeting

2.     Read minutes of Council for 28 February 1907, Items 6 and 7;  14 March 1907, items 6, 7 and 8 [Printed copies pasted into minutes]

3.     Resolved ' To recommend that Dr W N Shaw be appointed a delegate of the Royal Society in the place of Sir W T Thiselton-Dyer.

4.     After discussion of the possibility of admitting the Royal Society of Edinburgh and the Royal Irish Academy as constituent Academies of the Association, it was agreed ' that the Society's delegates at the forthcoming General Assembly should ascertain the feeling of other Academies on the subject of admitting furether constituent Academies from the British Empire. '

5.     'Professor Bywater and Lord Reay attended and conferred with the Committee.'</dc:description>
