Letter from Mr Norman Yarrow asking for a grant to be extended ' in the favour of the educationof his family. Resolved - To write to Mr Yarrow suggesting that a grant of £200 per annum for two, or three years might be made for the purpose of helping the educatin of Mr Yarrow's eldest son John. ' 2.
