<dc:description>Present at Council; Lord Brouncker, Mr Boyle, Mr BRereton, Mr Aerskine, Dr Clark, Mr Palmer, Mr Hill, Mr Oldenburg

The Statutes for the Election of the Council and Officers were read, but could not be passed as there was no quorum.

The Inventory which had been committed to Mr Hill was called for, but it was found that he had been unable to make it for want of the Bills, which the Treasurer had not yet delivered to him.</dc:description>
