Minutes of meeting Lists those present at the Council - Lord Brouncker, Sir Robert Moray, Sir Paul Neile, Mr Brereton, Mr AErskine [Erskine], Mr Balle, Mr Palmer, Dr Goddard, Dr Clark, Mr Hill, Mr Oldenburg Mr Brereton and Sir Paul Neile were sworn Members of the Council Mr Palmer reported that he had consulted with some able lawyers concerning the necessity of confirming the By-Laws of the Society by the Lords Justices, and they had considerd such a confirmation unnecssary.
