Minutes of meeting Present at the Council; Lord Brouncker, Mr Howard, Sir Robert Moray, Sir Peter Wyche, Mr Aerskine, Dr Goddard, Mr Palmer, Mr Colwall, Mr Hill, Mr Hoskins, Mr Oldenburg Dr Goddard and Mr Palmer were asked to confer with Mr Ellis concerning the Statutes of the Society. Sir Robert Moray reported that the Attorney General had not yet given an account concerning Chelsey College Ordered ' that the Council must not henceforth, but upon summons, to be sent by the President, to every Member of the Council.
