 ' Mr Herbert, Dr Harwood,  and Mr Hill were proposed balloted for and chosen auditors of the Treasurers accopunts.

The Vice President proposed that Mr Wanley for his attendance in the Society att their meetings for 2 Years last past and coppying the Registers, Letter books and Journalls for the said 2 Years shall have a sume of thirty pounds including therein what is remaining uncopied for the time.  It was carried in the affirmative nomine contradicente.

Dr Hook was ordered to be paid wix pounds for the use of his Lodgings for half a Year.

Mr Hunt was ordered to be paid his Salary for half a Year.

Mr Bemde  Mr Herbert  asnd Dr Sloane were appointed to attend Dr Hook at his desire. '</dc:description>
