 ' Sir Gilbert Heathcot,  Mr Mortimer,  Mr Barret,  Dr Thorpe,  Mr Hawksbee,  and Mr Worsley  were proposed balloted for and approved to be members of the Society.

Mr Petiver,  Mr Herbert,  and Mr Bemde were propsed to be Auditors of accounts.  

Mr Took was ordered to be paid ten pounds.

Mr Hunt was ordered to be paid twenty pounds for half a Years Salary. '</dc:description>
