Mr Hill reported that he had received £23 from Sir Nicholas Steward and that he had given him an acquittance in full of his arrears

Mr Hills reported Dr Croone's answer to his demand for his arrears, and it was resolved that Mr Hill should inform the Doctor that what he pays shall be disposed of for the use of the Society with his agreement.

Mr Hill reported the death of Captain Wood at Portsmouth and doubted that there would be much to recover from his estae.

Mr Parker was sworn as Vice President

Dr Wood sworn as Vice President 

Ordered that the Treasurer immediately send Mr Hunt to those persons who are involved iin the Society's affairs by attending or having been on the Council asking them to give good example to others by paying their arrears. Mr Haughton to assist, by applying to such persons as the Treasurer shall advise.</dc:description>
