Minutes of the last meeting on 30 November 1747 were read.

Discussed the Treasurer's purchase of £1000 in Bank annuities, and Letter of Attorney for receiving the dividends; the President's borrowing of Sir Hans Sloanes Deed of the settling the Physic Garden in Chelsea; Mr Machin's return of papers relating to Lady Salters Will by Dr Mortimer; and excusing Peter Davall Esq Secretary of the Society, from all payment for future dues as other Secretaries of the Society have been.</dc:description>
