[Agreement transcribed, including gratuity, money for provisions, incidental expenses and Letters of Credit for £100 to be provided] Ordered after ballot; 1. that £30 each to be provided immediately to Messrs Mason and Dixon for their stores, and five guineas reimbursed Mr Dixon for his journey to London 2. £160 to be given to Mr Maskelyne on account 23 October 1760
