Transactions not yet received by Mr Landsheer FRS to be sent to him

Mr Charle Mason of Greenwich and Mr Jeremiah Dixon of Cockfield attended and signed an agreement, countersigned by the Vice President, for observing the Transit of Venus over the Sun on 6 June 1761, at Bencoolen [Bengkulu] in the Island of Sumatra [Indonesia]. [Agreement transcribed, including gratuity, money for provisions, incidental expenses and Letters of Credit for £100 to be provided]

Ordered after ballot;
1.    that £30 each to be provided immediately to Messrs Mason and Dixon  for their stores, and five guineas reimbursed Mr Dixon for his journey to London
2.   £160 to be given to Mr Maskelyne on account</dc:description>
