Minutes of last meeting read

' Mr Newton acquainted the Council that Mr Miles would take nothing for the Plants and Seeds to be Sent to China pursuant to the resolution of the Council of the 8 November last.

Whereupon the Thanks of the Council were Ordered to be returned to Mr  Miles. '</dc:description>
