Minutes of the last three Council meetings and the Report of a Committee of the Council Appointed to Examine the State of the Instruments int her Royal Observatory at Greenwich were read

The matter of granting a lease to the Society's lands at Acton adjourned to the next meeting

Mr Kirkby, executor to Mr Brown the Sopcity's late Solicitor was elected in his place

Mr Kirkby called in and presented his account of money received by Mr Brown for the use of the Society 

President proposed Lord Charles Cavendish, Lord Willoughby of PArham and Colonel Sotheby, together with one Secretary adn the President himself as auditors of the Treasurer's Account.</dc:description>
