Among matters discussed or noted: minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. Twelve Royal Medals were laid before Council; a letter of receipt to be addressed to Sir Henry Wheatley. Report of the auditors of the Treasurer's accounts reported a balance of £937 19s. 7d. The printed Catalogue of Manuscripts and Manuscript Letters by James Orchard Halliwell was laid before Council and a copy was ordered to be given to each Foreign Member.   </dc:description>
