Among matters discussed or noted: minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. Report of the auditors of the Treasurer's accounts. Letter from Dr. Milne-Edwards acknowledging the award of the Copley Medal. The Treasurer reported that he had signed a proxy paper, intended to be signed by other organisations, to enable a grant of administration in the estate of the late William Ford Stevenson. </dc:description>
