Copy Dale to Lord Dawson of Penn On a letter from Dr G H A Clowes, of which Dale has a copy, concerning a new preparation from amniotic fluid which promotes the healing of sinuses and may be of assistance to the King. Clowes has a good reputation, as does the Lilly Company, and although Dale cannot comment on the efficacy of the new preparation he thinks it would certainly be harmless 24 July 1929
