Copy of a letter from R A Hohnen, Registrar, Australian National University to G M Watson, School of Pathology, Oxford Dr Foster asked if he might pay P&O company £219 for berths for Watson and his wife on the "Iberia" - authorised this - now finds fare is £219 each - Vice Chancellor feels this is more than University should pay and that Watson should find alternative accommodation at about £160 - comments on this - University is not able to contribute towards cost of removing Watson's furniture or household effects. 23 July 1954
