P N Panton to A H T Robb-Smith Feels that one person should co-ordinate blood transfusion arrangements throughout Region 6 and would like Robb-Smith to undertake this - comments on duties - these were previously carried out by A G Sanders - predominance of Oxford group service, under Robb-Smith, makes it desirable that Robb-Smith should take over unified control of the whole regional service. 21 April 1944
