Letters of Charles Pritchard to Sir John Frederick William Herschel Commencing with the education of Herschel's sons, William James [from 1844?], John, and Alexander Stewart at Clapham Grammar School. Later letters contain more general and scientific material. The collection contains other material, including communications with other members of the Herschel family: notably one letter to Margaret Brodie Herschel, and two letters to Alexander Stewart Herschel. 1844-1880
