<dc:title>Letter from C [Charles] Pritchard, Clapham, to Sir John [Frederick William] Herschel</dc:title>
<dc:description>Herschel's boy has been diligently studying the elements of dynamics and is improving. He could take on a little of the perturbation but he would have an advantage in going through [George Robert] Gleig's 'School History of England' with Lady Herschel. There is much that is morally hopeful in him, and Pritchard will tell Lady Herschel about a little character trait in him. He can be 'a little kittenish', but a good boy. </dc:description>
