Discuss numbers to be admitted to the Society (55); numbers of quorum (21); who may be admitted as supernumeraries; College of Physicians a possible site for meetings.

Financial privileges to be the same for the Public Professors of Mathematics, Physics, Natural Philosophy of both Universities as for the College of Physicians. 

Quorum for all matters except elections to be 9
