Sir Henry de Vyke proposed a Candidate by Sir Robert Moray. The Amanuensis to write out the Enquiries for 'forraine places', and deliver them to Mr Boyle. That in these Queries be inserted whether the raine water varies in weight, triall thereof to be made in various places. Sir Robert Moray brought in leaves of Goldebeaters made of oxe guts, which came from Bolland, and ordered that the Amanuensis procure some of those that were there Orderd that every member of the Society shall think up an Experiment for the next day, which he will undertake himself. 2 April 1662
