The minutes of the last meeting were read.

A Book entitled [blank] was delivered at the table as a preent to the Society from the Astronomer Royal

The President according to custom repeated the Notices whaich had been given at the last meeting of the approaching anniversary Election

The Hon. Charles Greville, The Right Hon the Lord Viscount Harpenden, The Right Hon Sir William Hamilton. The Reverend Dr Kaye, The Hon. John Yorke being severally proposed from the Chair, were chosen to be Auditors of the Treasurer's Accounts on the part of the Society.</dc:description>
