Minutes of meeting Fifty members present as it was Anniversary Day. Lord Bishop of Sarum in the chair as the President was unexpectedly absent. He proposed the Lord Viscount Halifax as a candidate, who by reson of his quality was immediately put to the ballot and elected nomine contradicente. The Committee for auditing the Treasurer's accounts reported. [Report listed] An order lately made by Council concerning the leaving some Members out of the list printed for Election Day was read. [Wording listed] After this the company proceeded to Election for Council [Fellows listed by name, both of those continuing for the next year, and the ten new members elected] The following were elected as officers; Lord Brouncker for President, Mr Colwall Treasurer, Mr Henshaw and Mr Oldenburg as Secretaries. 30 November 1675
