Papers relating to John Nye's visit to the USSR in October 1969 Nye spent two weeks in the USSR from 13 October 1969 as a guest of the Academy of Sciences of the Soviet Union. The file includes some notes collected prior to Nye's visit, as well as a progamme for the trip and Nye's manuscript diary and notes on scientists he met.
