  <dc:title>Copy letter from William Balle, Mainhead, to HenryOldenburg</dc:title>
  <dc:description> ' Containing some Observations of Saturn and Mars ; several literary Notices and his Account of Magneticks, as Curator delivered in to the Royal Society. '

Postscript at end of copy letter;
 ' P.S. I saw Saturn this morning at four o' clock with a twelve foot Glass, and judge him the same figure as in -64: that is just oval with two black Spots, and I think a faint Shadow of a Belt, which I have always seen, but will not be peremptory in it. 'Small pen and ink drawing of this in margin. </dc:description>
