Remarks on the high praise the model received, and sends a bulletin of the Institute which demonstrates the same [not enclosed]. Madame Vassilieos has written to Domínguez 'expressing her desire to present a copy of the model to a similar institution in this country'. Therefore Domínguez asks the President's opinion as to who the model should be offered to.
