Letter from Francis Mowatt, Treasury Chamber, to the Secretary of the Royal Society Acknowledges the Royal Society's 'proposal for a grant in aid of scientific publications', which they would use not only for their own publications, 'but also the adequate publications of scientific matter through other channels and in other ways'.
