Letter from [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook, The National Physical Laboratory, Bushy House, Teddington, Middlesex, to [Robert William Frederick] Harrison Dr [Joseph] Larmor asked Grazebrook to look at drafts and send them on. Grazebrook suggests Larmor to add a clause: 'Should the LCC desire to intitate a series of tests on grates as described in section 3, 4, 5 the Director of the NPL will be glad to confer with the Officials of the LCC as to details', in his letter to the LCC.
