Letter from [William Abbott] Herdman, University College, Liverpool, to the Secretary, "Challenger" Committee, The Royal Society Herdman 'greatly appreciated' the Royal Society's recommendation to HM Treasury to present a few volumes of the Challenger Report to the Library of the Port Erin Biological Station, and describes how useful these have been. He reuqests if their committee could recommend any further donation of volumes to the biological station. 13 June 1903
