Enclosed is a typescript copy of a letter from George Wilson, Entebbe, Uganda, to the Marquess of Lansdowne, dated 14 January 1904, and consisting of one page. Additionally a memoranda to the Secretaries and Treasurer is enclosed regarding the request from the Foreign Office for 60 copies of the 'sleeping sickness' reports.</dc:description>
